In our customer relations Vertex Estonia AS focuses on long-term cooperation; if possible - provides turn-key decisions.

In the process of preparation of technical documentation, the following software environments are used: Auto CAD 2010, Inventor 2010, and Solid Edge.

Vertex Estonia AS has 6000 sq m of covered production space. The following is a brief description of our production environment:

• CNC gas and plasma cutter, with maximum cutting thickness of 200 mm
• Band saw for profile material cutting
• Hydraulic bending machine with 6 m table
• Boring machine for medium and bigger-to-medium size machining
• Set of universal milling and turning machines
• Up-to-date welding equipment for different materials
• Hydraulic presses
• Sand blasting and high pressure painting
• Lifting and transportation equipment, which makes possible for manufacturing of  bigger size constructions

Vertex Estonia AS is ISO 9001:2008 certified. The company has Certificate of Manufacturer Qualification for welding steel according to DIN 18 800-7 . Since 2006 we have been also certified for ISO 14 001 Environmental Management Systems and OHSAS 18 001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.
